Refund policy

At Treetop Toy Shop we make every effort to make sure that you are happy with your product choice, shoe fitting or clothing size.

If you should have any concerns with an item you purchased, including faults, please contact us at sales@treetoptoyshop.com.au and we will try our best to resolve your concern quickly.

Please note for online orders we do not refund original shipping fees, nor do we cover return shipping or exchange costs. We recommend you use registered, trackable post or courier when returning an item, and in any event of damage or loss of parcel in transit to us you accept responsibility.

RETURNS: We offer EXCHANGE or CREDIT VOUCHER
within 14 days with receipt and in original condition.
We do not offer refund unless deemed faulty.
SALE ITEMS: Non-returnable.
