Shipping policy
Shipping carrier is dependent on location, we use Aramex and Australia Post, with tracking numbers provided via email once your package is on its way!
All our beautiful products are in stock & ready to make their way to you (unless otherwise specified). In most cases your delivery will be released from our store within 1-3 business days.
Once parcels leave our store within the 1-3 business days, after point of collection we estimate 2-10 business days but have no control over carrier times once it leaves the store.
If there is a dispute with delivery times, please refer to tracking email sent by us to contact carrier.
Standard Post & Express Post
Our shipping rate is $15 unless stated on larger items or remote areas (see additional charges) & delivery is usually within 2-10 business days depending on location.
If you require express shipping, please select at checkout.
Depending on location, Parcels will usually arrive within 1-5 business days.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply to heavy or bulky items and for delivery to remote areas. An invoice estimate for postage will be created and emailed through prior to delivery if applicable.
In-Store Pick Up
You can collect your order in store any day of the week! Select the collect option before you check out, once you receive confirmation order is ready then it can be collected.
We cannot guarantee pickup without order pickup confirmation.
Urgent Orders
We always do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
If you urgently need an item, we recommend selecting the express shipping option. You can also contact us at sales@treetoptoyshop.com.au if you wish & we will do our very best to hurry it along.
International Shipping
Currently NOT posting to the US.
Please contact us at sales@treetoptoyshop.com.au with product choice and delivery address and we will be in touch via email with a quote for postage amount.
Treetop Toy Shop will not be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country.
Presale Items
Items listed as presale are on their way to us and not available to be sent to you just yet. When presale items are added to an order, we will contact you via email with it’s estimated time of arrival.
Dates advised are communicated to us by our suppliers, we will do our very best to have them sent out to you within the time frame specified however delays can be unavoidable, especially throughout the Christmas period.
